Products & Services
Sewerin is the market technology leader and a partner to the gas and water supply industry. Together with more than 95 years of experience in the development of measuring devices, the knowledge accumulated by its own measuring teams contributes significantly to its success.
SeCorrPhon AC 200
The SeCorrPhon AC 200 is a multifunctional leak detector offering three functions in one: prelocation, pinpointing and correlation. The clever combination of these processes in one system allows you to confidently locate the leak regardless of the ambient conditions. With just a few finger strokes, you can quickly and easily switch between the various applications.
AquaTest T10
The AquaTest T10 is a test rod with innovative technology and ergonomic design. Its strength lies in the prelocation of leaks in water pipe networks.
The AquaTest T10 is the first test rod made by SEWERIN for which no additional receiver is required. The headphones are activated not by any common key but by a special sensor area. The noises that are picked up are visualised on a display incorporated in the handle.
Stethophon 04
The Stethophon® 04 is a listening device for detecting and amplifying structure-borne noise of all types. It provides undistorted sound reproduction even for very low noise.
SePem 351
The SePem® 351 noise logger monitors your water distribution networks.
With the target of reducing water losses, it transfers measurement data via LoRaWAN®.
The SePem® 351 logger is specifically designed for stationary installation. It measures the noises in the pipe network at defined times. Following the measurement, the recorded data are evaluated and prepared to be transferred.
The logger must be registered in a LoRaWAN® network to ensure that the measurement data can subsequently be sent to the control board of a water utility. A network information system is required to visualise the results.
AQUAPHON A 200
When it comes to detecting leaks in water pipes by electro-acoustic means, the hearing and experience of the user are paramount. The AQUAPHON® system supports and simplifies this detection process thanks to the outstanding quality of its microphone and measuring technology, intelligent analysis functions and the practical, visual representation of results on the display.
Most reliable leak detection ever
This cutting-edge system offers comfortable, wireless handling, ease of use, versatility and a sturdy, ergonomic design. The AQUAPHON® system is ideal for both the prelocation and pinpointing of leaks for confident excavation. It is suitable for all your leak detection challenges and will help you locate leaks safely and reliably.
The measurement principle
The water flowing out of the leak in the pipeline causes the pipeline material to vibrate. These vibrations are transmitted throughout the line and can be picked up as structure-borne noise, even at distant contact points such as fittings. The vibrations are also transmitted up through the ground to the surface as ground-borne noise, although this is very muted. The AQUAPHON® system is your perfect companion for leak detection as it makes the vibrations audible to the human ear and records and visually displays the volume and frequency spectrum.
SeCorr C 200
The SeCorr® C 200 is a state-of-the-art, portable high-performance correlator, which enables leaks in underground pipelines to be located reliably, quickly and accurately to allow excavation to begin. Its user interface is clearly and logically laid out. There are many extra functions available for complex location scenarios.
The SeCorr® C 200 is recommended for all users undertaking professional leak detection because it can handle any everyday location scenario. It can easily measure different pipe sections, pipe materials, diameters and pipe lengths.
The sophisticated firmware of the SeCorr® C 200 means that the measurement sequence is almost fully automatic. Once the pipeline data has been entered and the measurement started, all other steps are performed without the intervention of the operator. The measured noises are constantly analysed in the background and the optimal filter settings selected.
UT 9200 • 9100 • 930
Locating underground pipelines and cables is a matter of precision. The more accurate the measurement, the lower the risk of digging up the wrong spot. Performance, practical handling and simple operation are just as important for fast and efficient work. Likewise, reliability, versatility and a sturdy design are also essential for obtaining measuring safely in difficult conditions and inaccessible environments. The UT 9200, UT 9100 and UT 930 systems are up to any locating task.
SNOOPER mini
The SNOOPER mini is a robust gas leak detector and is suitable for checking accessible gas lines for external leak tightness. Leaks are determined based on detection at connection points, e.g. fittings, flanges, threaded connections and gas regulator fittings The gas concentration is displayed in the ppm range. House lead-ins and concealed gas lines in enclosed spaces at air outlets can also be checked.
VARIOTEC 480 / 460 / 450 / 400 EX
The VARIOTEC® 480 EX devices from SEWERIN with their intuitive controls enable users to work efficiently and cost-effectively. The VARIOTEC® 480 EX family covers almost all common gas measurement applications in the gas supply branch. Models 480 EX and 460 EX can be optionally fitted with a detector for ethane analysis to help you safely distinguish between natural gas and swamp gas. All devices can also be individually fitted with electrochemical sensors. The VARIOTEC® 480 EX family integrates seamlessly into the SEWERIN product range, so existing accessories can still be used.
EX-TEC PM 580 / 550 / 500
The mobile gas measuring and gas warning devices from the EX-TEC® PM 5xx series make the everyday work of gas fitters, maintenance staff and other technical staff easier. They can be used to locate leaks in freely accessible gas pipes, assess the risk of explosion and determine whether toxic gases are within the occupational exposure limits (OEL). In the Structure application, the EX-TEC® PM 580 displays the carbon monoxide concentration in the room air and triggers an audible and visual alarm if the values are too high. Toxic carbon monoxide is produced by combustion equipment, such as heating systems, as a result of insufficient ventilation and poses a risk to humans.
