Roediger provides advanced vacuum technology solutions for wastewater management, specializing in vacuum sewer systems, vacuum sanitation and disposal systems. Our products are designed to enable efficient and reliable transport of wastewater in challenging environments—such as urban areas, coastal regions, and infrastructure projects with difficult terrain.
We offer comprehensive project design services, working closely with clients from initial concept to final implementation. Roediger manages the entire process, including system planning, engineering and installation of our products. Vacuum Stations
The central vacuum station is the heart of every vacuum network. Its main components are the wastewater collection tank, the wastewater discharge pumps and, of course, the vacuum pumps. They generate the required vacuum in the system – approximately -0.6 bar. Roediger® vacuum transfer stations are available in all conceivable sizes – from standardized compact systems for a few users to customized large-scale systems serving several thousand residential units.
Control, manage and monitor
Always know what is happening - and where: Roediger® monitoring and management systems monitor the functional reliability of vacuum systems around the clock and display any malfunctions in real time. The intelligent Roediger® RSMS system can also optimize the plant at any time, independently adapt to new operating conditions, and automatically eliminate faults.
Valves and control units
Our vacuum valves perform reliably and continuously in the vacuum units and in the valve chambers of house collection chambers. They are characterized by their durability and universal application possibilities; they are also extremely user-friendly and easy to maintain. Each unit consists of the actual valve and the associated control unit.
Collection chambers
Collection chambers make vacuum technology applicable in all areas. They serve as the important link between conventional gravity systems in buildings and the vacuum system for an entire housing development. Roediger® chambers are characterized by a number of unique advantages: Unsurpassed cleanliness and functionality, maximum flexibility during installation and the variety of different designs for every application.
